
Apple & Brussels Sprouts Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup FLAV-R-PAC Diced Apples
- 2 cups Brussels Sprouts shaved
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper ground
- 2 tbsp Goat Cheese
- 2 tbsp Almonds slivered, toasted
Instructions
- In a 2 qt metal bowl, combine ingredients and toss.
- Refrigerate until served.
