Apple & Brussels Sprouts Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup FLAV-R-PAC Diced Apples
  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts shaved
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper ground
  • 2 tbsp Goat Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Almonds slivered, toasted

Instructions
 

  • In a 2 qt metal bowl, combine ingredients and toss.
  • Refrigerate until served.
