Simple Southwest Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14.75 oz. can Chicken broth
  • 12 oz. FLAV-R-PAC Steam of the Crop Santa Fe Medley
  • 1 cup Long grain rice uncooked
  • Tbsp. Olive oil OR melted butter
  • 2 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. Garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • In medium saucepan, bring broth, 2 tablespoons water and Santa Fe Medley to a boil.
  • Stir in rice, oil and seasonings; return to boil.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Turn off heat. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
  • Fluff with a fork; serve.
