Quick Green Bean and Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12oz package FLAV-R-PAC® Cut Green Beans
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 can 10.5 oz. Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 3 oz. French fried onion rings

Instructions
 

  • Cook green beans according to microwave directions; drain.
  • Add mushroom soup, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, thyme and pepper. Mix well.
  • Cover and microwave on high until hot, about 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
  • Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes. Top with onion rings and serve.
