
Quick Green Bean and Mushroom Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 12oz package FLAV-R-PAC® Cut Green Beans
- 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
- 1 can 10.5 oz. Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
- 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Thyme
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 3 oz. French fried onion rings
Instructions
- Cook green beans according to microwave directions; drain.
- Add mushroom soup, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, thyme and pepper. Mix well.
- Cover and microwave on high until hot, about 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
- Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes. Top with onion rings and serve.
