In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium high heat. Combine shrimp with 1 tablespoon salt and black pepper, add them to the pan and cook until they have turned pink, about 2-3 minutes.
Add FLAV-R-PAC® Fruit Favorites Mango Cubes and garlic. Stir until fragrant and mango begins to carmelize, 2-3 minutes.
Deglaze with wine and orange juice. Bring to a boil. Add butter and whisk until combined, 2 minutes.
Add cooked pasta; stir well and season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately
