Ingredients

FLAV-R-PAC® Whole Kernel Corn
thawed

can black beans
drained and rinsed
1
small red bell pepper
seeded and chopped
½
red onion
chopped
2
teaspoons
ground cumin
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1
tablespoon
balsamic vinaigrette
1
lime
juiced
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Sauté corn in dry cast iron pan until lightly charred. Combine all ingredients in bowl and let stand for at least 15 minutes. Toss and serve.
