Bacon Brussels Sprouts Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 12-ounce package FLAV-R-PAC® Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉ and lightly grease an 8” gratin dish.
  • In a medium skillet heat oil over medium. Cook bacon in oil until crisp. Set aside to cool.
  • Place Brussels sprouts in baking dish. In a medium bowl whisk together half-and-half, flour, salt, and pepper. Crumble or chop bacon, stir into half-and-half mixture, and pour over Brussels sprouts. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Bake until browned and bubbly, about 45 minutes.
