
Bacon Brussels Sprouts Bake
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 12-ounce package FLAV-R-PAC® Brussels Sprouts
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉ and lightly grease an 8” gratin dish.
- In a medium skillet heat oil over medium. Cook bacon in oil until crisp. Set aside to cool.
- Place Brussels sprouts in baking dish. In a medium bowl whisk together half-and-half, flour, salt, and pepper. Crumble or chop bacon, stir into half-and-half mixture, and pour over Brussels sprouts. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake until browned and bubbly, about 45 minutes.
