Quick Green Bean and Mushroom Casserole

Flav-R-Pac Cut Green Beans

Red Bell Pepper, diced

Cream of mushroom soup, condensed

Evaporated milk

Worcestershire sauce

Thyme

Pepper

French fried onion rings

 

Directions
1.      Cook green beans according to microwave directions; drain.

2.      Add mushroom soup, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, thyme and pepper.  Mix well.

3.      Cover and microwave on high until hot, about 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.

4.      Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes. Top with onion rings and serve.
