Bacon Brussels Sprout Bake


1 tablespoon olive oil

4 slices turkey bacon

1 (12-ounce) package Flav-R-Pac Brussels Sprouts

1 cup half-and-half

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan

½ cup panko breadcrumbs



  1. Preheat oven to 375℉ and lightly grease an 8” gratin dish.
  2. In a medium skillet heat oil over medium. Cook bacon in oil until crisp. Set aside to cool.
  3. Place Brussels sprouts in baking dish. In a medium bowl whisk together half-and-half, flour, salt, and pepper. Crumble or chop bacon, stir into half-and-half mixture, and pour over Brussels sprouts. Sprinkle with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake until browned and bubbly, about 45 minutes.
