PRIZES: There will only be 1 winner. The winner will receive fifty-two (52) coupons for one (1) Flav-R-Pac product, redeemable at any participating retailer for a retail value of no more than $156.00. The winner will be selected at random from all entries. The Winner will be determined and announced within 2 days of the Sweepstakes conclusion.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes, and purchases will not increase your odds of winning. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules. Only entries submitted via Instagram will be accepted. Submission of an Entry constitutes your certification that you are at least 13 years old.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will depend on number of entries.
ENTRY DATES: Entrants may submit multiple entries, but the use of scripts, macros, bots or automated entries is not permitted. The start date & time and the end date & time for the contest is 4 p.m. on November 2, 2017 and 11:59 on November 16, 2017. All Entries must be received before the expiration of the entry period.
WHO MAY ENTER: Sweepstakes are only open to U.S. Legal residents who are at least 13 years old with a valid email address and an Instagram account. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to NORPAC’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of NORPAC and their respective parents, affiliates subsidiaries, prize supplies, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Entrants may need to provide proof of residence upon request.
CONTEST ENTRY: To enter, Entrants must be a registered member of Instagram. In order to submit an entry, Entrants must do at least one of the following, but may do multiple:
- Comment on the original contest post.
- Share the original contest post.
- Post an image of their use of frozen vegetables with the hashtag #ayearofveggies.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected at random and will be notified on the original post and/or email if available. The owner of the account associated with the winning Entry will be asked to email NORPAC Food, Inc. to claim the prize. Winner must provide NORPAC with a mailing address upon follow up email, which will be used to fulfill the prize. In the event it is determined that the Winner has not complied with these Official Rules, the winner will be disqualified and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a new Winner will be selected.
USE OF NAMES/IMAGES: Winning constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use a Winner’s name, images, hometown, likeness, prize won and photograph and to use any photo-submissions for future advertising, marketing, publicity in any and all media now or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
