Keep frozen until ready to use.

Preparation

Do not pierce or open Flav-R-Pac Steamable Bag.
Place SEAM SIDE UP in the microwave and microwave on high per recommended times below.
For lower wattage ovens (less than 1100W), cook on high for 5 minutes or until product reaches 165 degrees F.
For higher wattage ovens (greater than 1100W), cook on high for 4 minutes. During cooking the bag will slowly inflate as the steam forms. A whistling sound may be heard as the steam escapes through the vents in the bag.
After cooking, remove the bag from the microwave and let stand 1 minute. CAREFULLY open the bag and pour vegetables from the bag. Season to taste.
