STRAWBERRY CHIPOTLE PORK
(4 – 1 burger servings*)
1 cup Flav-R-Pac Fruit Favorites Strawberry Cubes
3 tbsp Butter, unsalted
½ cup Yellow Onion, peeled, ¼” diced
½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
½ cup Chipotle Pepper, in adobo sauce
2 tbsp Brown Sugar, packed
32 ounces Pulled Pork, cooked, shredded, warmed 4 Brioche Buns, toasted
Melt butter in a 9” skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic for
3-5 minutes or until fragrant.
Deglaze the pan with apple cider vinegar.
Add Flav-R-Pac Fruit Favorites Strawberry Cubes, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chipotle peppers, and brown sugar. Mix until combined and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Reserve.
To build: On toasted burger bun, portion 8 oz of pulled pork and finish with ½ cup of strawberry chipotle BBQ sauce.
