Keep frozen until ready to use.
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a non-stick skillet until hot.
- Add frozen vegetables and ¼ cup water.
- Cover and cook on medium-high to high for 8-10 minutes; stirring frequently.
- Place contents of package into a microwave safe dish.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 minutes.
- Stir and cook an additional 4 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Season and serve. *NOTE: Microwave cooking times vary depending upon microwave used.For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
