PEACH TARRAGON SALAD DRESSING
(4 – 3 oz servings)
1 cup Flav-R-Pac Peach Fruit Topping ¼ cup Canola Oil
¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Tarragon, cracked
⅛ tsp Black Pepper, ground
Place thawed Flav-R-Pac Peach Fruit Topping into a 2 quart mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend with an electric hand blender until emulsification forms into a dressing and peaches become small pieces blended into the dressing.
Refrigerate for 3 hours to allow flavors to blend before using.
