JOB DUTIES

  • Read, complete, and interpret quality reports and take instruction.
  • Ensure product and packaging meets company and buyer specifications.
  • Observe, test, evaluate, and grade product being processed in compliance with Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Inform supervisor and line operator of any deficiencies.
  • Inspect product case and package to ensure accuracy of code, weight, and seam.
  • Obtain and display produce samples for management review, and dispose of upon completion.
  • Maintain detailed accurate records in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work area.

  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • No experience necessary, employer willing to train qualified candidate.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve and maintain an optimum flow of production through the facility while minimizing downtime.

Laboratory Technician - Stayton, OR

 

BASIC RESPONSIBILITY

To perform quality assurance analysis on a wide range of frozen fruits, vegetables, and specialty foods.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform microbiological analysis on frozen product samples.

Deduction AR Specialist - Salem, OR

BASIC RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for aggressively pursuing payment on past due and full open invoices; researching legitimacy of deductions and negotiating resolution or repayment to resolve all outstanding balances on customer accounts.

Field Representative - Hermiston, OR

  • Assist the Area Field Manager in scheduling and controlling all aspects of producing the raw product necessary for Quincy Foods and NORPAC Foods to operate.

Cash Administrator - Salem, OR

JOB PURPOSE: Monitor and manage, on a daily basis, all cash processed through NORPAC. Researching legitimacy of deductions and negotiating resolution or repayment to resolve all outstanding balances on customer accounts. Processing check requests from customer claims.

IT Business Analyst - Salem, OR (Temporary Full-time)

This is a Temporary, Full-time position.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Seeking an IT Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications in a manufacturing and distribution company.   • Participate in end-to-end transaction processing and testing in the new ERP in our order to cash processing stream.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Align all the components of the sales process to deliver a seamless experience for our brokers and customers. This position is the main contact for domestic brokers and customers within the sales process.
