NORPAC Foods, Inc., a farmer-owned cooperative founded in 1924, processes frozen vegetables and fruit, along with canning vegetables. Headquartered in Salem, Oregon, NORPAC is Oregon’s largest fruit and vegetable processor and has 3 processing facilities in the Willamette Valley, along with a subsidiary Hermiston Foods, LLC in Hermiston, Oregon and a subsidiary Quincy Foods, LLC in Quincy, Washington. NORPAC and its subsidiaries employ 1,200 full-time employees year round and 2,000 seasonal employees during the processing season.

We are accepting IN-PERSON applications as listed below for each plant. Seasonal General Plant Labor positions include belt inspection, packaging, forklift, quality control, sanitation and more. Days, Swing and Graveyard shifts available.

PAY RATES: DAY SHIFT: $11.25 per hour

SWING SHIFT: + 10c per hour

GRAVEYARD SHIFT: + 40c per hour SHIFT HOURS: DAY SHIFT – 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

SWING SHIFT – 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

GRAVEYARD SHIFT – 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
