1 ½ cups Flav-R-Pac Fruit Favorites Mango Cubes
16 ounces Linguine Pasta, cooked
4 tbsp Olive Oil
16 – 20 Shrimp, deveined
2 ½ tbsp Garlic, peeled, minced
½ cup Dry White Wine
2 cups Orange Juice
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper, ground
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium high heat. Combine shrimp with 1 tablespoon salt and black pepper, add them to the pan and cook until they have turned pink, about 2-3 minutes.
Add Flav-R-Pac Fruit Favorites Mango Cubes and garlic. Stir until fragrant and mango begins to carmelize, 2-3 minutes.
Deglaze with wine and orange juice. Bring to a boil. Add butter and whisk until combined, 2 minutes.
Add cooked pasta; stir well and season with salt and pepper.
