1/4 cup

2 oz.

To taste

Olive oil

Garlic, minced

Walnuts, chopped

Whole Green Beans

Bacon, cooked and diced*



1.      In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat oil with garlic and walnuts for 1 minute.

2.      Add green beans, toss and cook on medium-high for 5 minutes.

3.      Stir in bacon. Season with salt and heat through. Garnish with Cilantro if desired. Serve.


Yield: 3 servings
*Or use 1/4 cup packaged real crumbled bacon.
