Santa Fe Medley
Long grain rice, uncooked
Olive oil OR melted butter
|1. In medium saucepan, bring broth, 2 tablespoons water and Santa Fe Medley to a boil.
2. Stir in rice, oil and seasonings; return to boil.
3. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Turn off heat. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
5. Fluff with a fork; serve.
