Safe Handling of Food

DEEP FRY:
●Pre-heat cooking oil in deep fryer to 350°F. Add 12 oz. breaded cut okra. Cook 3½ - 4 minutes or until done. Season to tast and serve.

STOVE TOP:
●Heat 1 inch cooking oil in large skillet to 350°F. Add 12 oz. breaded cut okra. Cook 3½ - 4 minutes or until done, turning gently for desired color and crispness. Season to taste and serve.


Keep frozen until ready to use.

DIPPING SAUCES

●Comine ½ cup salsa and 2-3 Tbsp. sour cream.

●Mix ½ tsp. cajun spices, ½ cup ranch dressing and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.

●Blend ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp. diced roasted red peppers, ½ tsp. minced garlic and ½ tsp. cajun spices.
