Safe Handling of Food

FRENCH FRIED:
●Preheat shortening or oil to 375F. in deep fat fryer.
●Add frozen potatoes to fryer basket, fry for 2-3 minutes.
●Remove basket, allow to drain; season to taste and serve.

OVEN BAKED:
●Preheat oven to 425F.
●Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on cookie sheet.
●Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once during cooking time. *NOTE: Due to temperature variations in all appliances, cooking times may require adjustment.


Keep frozen until ready to use.

DIPPING SAUCES

CREAMY GARDEN DIP
cup Mayonnaise
cup Basil leaves
cup Sour cream
1 tsp. Minced garlic

Blend ingredients in food processor until smooth. Chill until ready to use.


BALSAMIC CATSUP
cup Catsup
tsp. Minced garilc
2 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste

In bowl combine catsup, vinegar and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to use.
