Safe Handling of Food

FRENCH FRIED:
●Preheat shortening or oil to 375°F. in deep fat fryer.
●Add frozen potatoes to fryer basket, fry for 2-3 minutes.
●Remove basket, allow to drain; season to taste and serve.

OVEN BAKED:
●Preheat oven to 425°F.
●Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on cookie sheet.
●Bake for 14-16 minutes, turning once during cooking time. *NOTE: Due to temperature variations in all appliances, cooking times may require adjustment.


Keep frozen until ready to use.

DIPPING SAUCES

CREAMY GARDEN DIP
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Basil leaves
½ cup Sour cream
1 tsp. Minced garlic

Blend ingredients in food processor until smooth. Chill until ready to use.


BALSAMIC CATSUP
½ cup Catsup
½ tsp. Minced garilc
2 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste

In bowl combine catsup, vinegar and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to use.
